In the morning light our paddlers decided that your CAN go home again. They will be paddling back to the Folly landing, delaying just enough for the outgoing tide in the Stono inlet to let up.
A MeetUp paddle has been scheduled for those who might like to meet them near Bird Key and escort them home.

I'm following from PA. Hoping all is well that ends well!
Indeed, everything ended well: two of us met the returning group... and despite the change in plans, we got back to the Folly landing just 7 minutes later than projected. Thanks for the good wishes!
